  • We offer price match guarantee to ensure you get the best price for your shopping experience.

    Before or after making a purchase at Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. if you find the identical item for less from an authoried Canadian dealer within 7 days, we will match the exactly same price.  Just send us an email or contact us with your original receipt and the competitor information, we will verify the request and match the price. 

    If our price is reduced, email us your origianl receipt within 7 days of purchase and will refund the difference.

    The item must be of the same brand and model, sold by an authorized dealer, and located in Canada in Canadian dollars.  The item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.  Our price match guarantee does not apply to advertising error, misprints, special event or condition prices.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. ships merchandise to most Canadian and US locations.  
    Shipping will be processed the next business day of order unless subject to back order or other extraneous condition.  For delivery within Canada, Standard Shipping arrive about 2-5 business days, and Express Shipping arrive within 1-3 businessdays.  An email will be sent if a back order is neccessary.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping address.  

    We use Canada Post and Canpar Ground shipping service.  Free Shipping Offer applies to purchases of $100.00 or more based on merchandise subtotal (before taxes) shipping to a single shipping destination in Canada. Commercial products and some heavy weighted products are not eligible for this free shipping offer.   Please choose the shipping method accordingly at checkout or contact us for a shipping quotation, otherwise the order will be hold for further notice.  A flat rate of $20.00 is charged for order under $100.  Express shipping is also available upon request, cost will be determined according to package weight, size, and destination.  Destination to USA is only available for Standard Shipping, cost depends on the location, please contact us for an estimation.  

    We also provide convienient local pick up option at the following three locations: Richmond BC Canada, Burnaby BC Canada, Coquitlam BC Canada.

    Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. have to option to accepts secure check out with PayPal which takes VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, regardless you have a PayPal account or not.  After placing the order, it will take you to the PayPal payment page; if you have a PayPal account, simply choose log in to your account to pay.  If you don't have a PayPal account, just choose "Don't have a PayPal acoount" and enter payment information.  After payment process is completed, it will take you back to our invoice page and your order is completed.

  • Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. is Canadian based, customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Sales Tax

  • Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. US orders are tax free.



  • Warranties

  • Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. is proud to extend Manufacturers Warranty on most of our quality products. We are able to provide this service to our customers by directing repairs to the manufactures service portals; thus eliminating the costs associated with providing in-house repairs. In all cases, Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. warranty does not imply any additional product warranty.  Exception: Honeywell, Hamilton Beach (Please contact manufacturer directly for warranty on these product)

    All warranties are covered malfunctions under to normal and proper usage.  Warranties are void when damage is incurred due to misuse such as liquid spillage and/or other user negligence and abuse.  

    For repairs out of warranty period, charge is depending on labor and parts cost, minimum charge is $80.

  • Return Policy

  • Cuisine Talent Enterprises Ltd. provide a 15-day return and exchange on most of our product.  Simply E-mail us with your receipt and condition of the product for an replacement or return request.  Shipping charge will not be refunded.  For any exchanges or returns, it is imperative that all boxes and packing materials are kept for this period, and the product is in original new condition (non-used), used product and/or missing packaging and accessory will be charging a re-stocking fee according to the condition.  The buyer is reponsible for all return shipping charges. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when shipping fee or restocking fee is processed.
