Limited Warranty for Electrical Products
This warranty applies only to electrical home appliances sold by Cuisine Talent.
Non-electrical products, including but not limited to mechanical items without electrical components, household accessories, storage products, and other non-powered goods, are not covered under this warranty.
Warranty Coverage
Cuisine Talent warrants that eligible electrical products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
From the date of purchase, this warranty provides one (1) year of free parts and labor for the electrical unit only.
This warranty does not cover non-electrical or non-mechanical attachments, accessories, consumable parts, or cosmetic components.
Repair & Shipping Policy
If warranty service is required, the product must be shipped to an authorized service center at the customer’s expense. Cuisine Talent will cover the return shipping cost after repair or replacement.
For protection during transit, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Cuisine Talent is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. Items damaged or lost in transit are not covered under this warranty.
Conditions of Warranty
This warranty applies only if the product:
- Is an electrical appliance manufactured and sold by Cuisine Talent
- Is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions
- Is operated on an Alternating Current (AC) power supply
- Has not been modified, repaired, or altered by an unauthorized service provider
- Has not been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage
Within the warranty period, Cuisine Talent reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
- Repair the product using new or certified remanufactured parts, or
- Replace the product with a new or certified remanufactured unit at no additional charge
Replacement parts may include certified remanufactured components that meet or exceed the performance specifications of new parts.
Purchase & Eligibility Requirements
This warranty applies only to electrical products purchased through CuisineTalent.ca or through an authorized Cuisine Talent reseller or distributor.
This warranty does not apply to products purchased through:
- Auctions
- Private sellers
- Unauthorized online resellers or marketplaces
Limitations & Legal Rights
This warranty is provided in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Cuisine Talent does not authorize any third party to assume liability on its behalf.
This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages; therefore, these limitations may not apply to you.
Geographic Limitation
This warranty is valid only for electrical products purchased, located, and used within North America.
