Shipping & Pickup

Cuisine Talent offers online ordering with simple flat-rate shipping and local pickup options. Final shipping and pickup availability is shown at checkout before payment.

Canada Shipping

Orders $100+ may qualify for free shipping on eligible items.

For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Local pickup may be available depending on product stock and checkout options. Local pickup is free when available at checkout.

U.S. Shipping

For mainland U.S. shipping addresses, shipping is calculated automatically at checkout. Eligible mainland U.S. orders of $200 or more may qualify for free shipping.

For U.S. orders, the shipping amount shown at checkout includes applicable tariff and duty handling by Cuisine Talent.

Some oversized, heavy, fragile, remote-area, PO Box, or special-order items may require separate shipping confirmation. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available depending on product stock and checkout options.

How to select Local Pickup｜如何選擇門市自取

Add the item to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. When local pickup is available for your order, the “Local pickup” option will appear under “Your order” → “Shipment.” Select the circle beside “Local pickup” before placing your order. The shipping charge will then be removed automatically.

將產品加入購物車後，請前往 Checkout 結帳頁。如訂單可以門市自取，「Local pickup」選項會顯示於 「Your order」→「Shipment」下面。請在提交訂單前，點選 「Local pickup」左邊的圓圈，運費便會自動取消。

When using Google Pay or PayPal express checkout, you can also select “Standard shipping” or “Local pickup” under “Shipping method” before completing payment. Local pickup has no shipping charge.

使用 Google Pay 或 PayPal 快捷付款時，亦可在付款前於 「Shipping method」選擇 「Standard shipping」或 「Local pickup」。選擇門市自取不收運費。

  • Richmond Head Office
  • Crystal Mall, Burnaby
  • Henderson Place, Coquitlam

Please wait for pickup confirmation before visiting a pickup location. Some products may need extra preparation or transfer time.

Delivery Time

Most orders are processed as soon as possible during business days. Delivery time depends on product availability, shipping method, and destination.
