Care and Safe Use
Do not exceed the marked maximum water level. For ingredients that foam easily, such as congee or white fungus, cook with the kettle lid open to reduce bubbling and overflow. Unplug and allow the appliance to cool before cleaning. Do not immerse the kettle, base, cord or plug in water.
